Hello! One of my friend got a multiple Canadian visa for 1 year in September 2017 and he went to Canada on 12 Feb 2018 but the immigration officer stopped him and scanned his visa and passport and gave him a letter allowed to leave" .3 days ago he payed for tickets to go to Canada again but today the agency called him and told that they we unable to book tickets. So I just wanted to know that did the embassy cancelled his visa.
