hi all,
please I need your view concerning this issue ,I got married in 10 /28/2o11 and I got my PR on 11/2/2011 so when it was time for me to sponsored my husband I filled the forms and sumitted it after three month they approved it and said am eligible that my form have been sent to the visa office in my country on 17/6 2013 I received a letter that I can not sponsored my husband any more because I did not declared him before getting my PR I do not know what to do next???
thanks in advance.

If you were married before you got your actual PR visa stamp and did not declare your husband on your initial application there is nothing you can do. You can't sponsor him because you didn't declare him. The only options available to you now are is if he can qualify under skilled worker or something of the like.

See http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t126920.0.html
There is probably no chance of appealing against this in your case. He will have to find some other way to join you. Or, you can go to join him of course...

Agreed with what others have said. Unfortunately you have made a very big mistake. You can never sponsor your husband for PR. If you want to live in Canada together, then he will have to qualify to immigrate independently through a program such as Federal Skilled Worker, Quebec Skilled Worker or one of the Provincial Nominee programs.

Technically you commited misrepresentation when you landed and became a PR (because your visa was for a single person but you had gotten married before landing). CIC can revoke your PR status for this misrepresentation. However I think it's very unlikely they will do anything.

So your main problem is how to get your husband here since you can't sponsor him.

please I need help, I was hooked up with 117d(d) section. I went for appeal but it was dismissed ,I have a child she is a Canadian citizen I don't know what step to take in order for my husband to come to Canada.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, as there is no way for you to sponsor a spouse that was not declared/examined in your own application. If you want your family to be together you have basically 2 options:
1. See if your husband can qualify to immigrate to Canada on his own
2. Leave Canada and live with your husband in your home country (or some other country). After you renounce or lose your own PR status, you can try to re-qualify for PR again and this time include your husband in your application

If he can't qualify on his own, I believe you can voluntarily renounce your PR and redo the process, this time adding your husband.
