i have got my visa. but my fiance did not get. can he come with me with a visitor visa now. and after six months can he come again with a dependent visa... pls help me friends.. its very urgent. otherwise i too cant go..
If u got the student visa then your finance can apply for his independent TRV (temporary resident visa) at any time , there is no dependent visa...............
If he has tourist visa then why not....................but if he has not then he has to apply for temporary resident visa for which he has to show that he has strong home ties + financially independent etc etc........
For home ties his job or property or blood relations....finances ---- he should have money to support himself there...he will also get open work permit as your spouse...
I am not sure but I think Fiance doesn't come under Spouse or Common law partner. Your SP will have no affect on your fiance's case. He can visit visa as an independent applicants unless you get into a legal relationship.
You can go for studies on your SP. And your fiance can either apply for SP or Vistor visa and can join you in canada. If you both get married (in legal documents) then he can apply for TRV and OWP. You can give it a try. If he shows good home ties he can get visa. Don't lose hope.
