URGENT HELP

I have applied for my study permit for about a month now and waited for my medical exam package all the while. Strangely on June 22nd i got an email from the embassy with 2 attached files and the email told me i have 20 days to undergo a medical exam. The two files was a letter with instructions and a IMM 1017 section A form. I have confirmed it with my friends that already gotten the visa and they all said they got there package from DHL courier service and the package had a lot more forms. I am worried that this package is incomplete and also i have already contacted the embassy via the same email but still no reply. Does anyone have the same experience? please let me now. also the visa office is guatemala.

You should call the high commission. You can also contact the designated medical practitioner to whom you have been referred. They will also give you some insight whether you are the first person who got medical by email or have they previously received cases like yours.

Some get medical instructions through regular mail, others by email - doesn't matter. Book an appointment asap with a DMP (Designated Medical Practitioner) in your area to undergo medicals. Print that form and take with you and they will guide you from there.
