No. 4 says: Immigration office requested for processing this application. What do they mean by that? Does that mean applicants from Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia should write Canadian Embassy in London?

Any help is appreciated.

Don't know the answer to your particular question, but I have seen several forumites posting that there is a new generic application form since November so I would advice that you download that form 'again'. It is said that the new app. form does not ask the VO for processing.

U have to write London Visa office,

Don't know about the new form but if there is no option for visa office download and fill the new form.
