My study permit is expiring tomorrow (March 31). I have graduated from the college however, i still haven't received my official transcript from the college due to COVID-19. The college staff mentioned they are working limited hours and the mail pick up is taking longer than usual. I have been waiting for the transcript for over 1.5 weeks. Should i apply for a tourist visa or what should be my next step?
