Urgent help required Islamabad visa office

Hey everybody,
I received two letters from Islamabad one stating I shOuld get medical done again in July.
However, medical letter was not the first time I got medical request. I received the letter for medical request in may and i got med done in may 2012.
Which I had done in feb 2011 n then in may 2012.

The other letter stating visa ready for issuance.
I send my passport on 24th July 2012.
But I haven't heard anything from embassy
Can Anyone pls help me how long does the process
Take??
I need to travel urgent on 7th sep.

Pllllssss help me does this happen Wth people they send letters stating visa issuance ready n medical request?
