URGENT HELP REQUIRED---------- 2ND MS IN SAME FIELD

Hi guys,

i am gonna file my application next week, can anybody suggest me that should i show my MS (done in pakistan) in application. I got admission on the basis of my graduation (it is also mentioned on my offer letter). wot if i dont show it.? will it come under "hiding the facts" thing ???/


please share your experience !!!

P.S while applying for admission , i showed my MS degree.

Dont hide anything from CIC because, get canadian student visa is very hard, very few student get it from whole world , specially from pakistan... Many genuine students do not get the visa.. this would be good for you if you show your masters degree because if you dont get the visa and later on you wish to apply for immigration at that point you will need to show your masters degree.. if you hide it at this time then you will not show it again... play fair game !!!!!

can u suggest any strong point to justify it ? i have few ideas like the research areas over there which are not present in my country . but my 1st MS is research based , and i got admit for course based MS.

canadian research degree is changed from your homeland degree . and canada feels proud for it and when you show your interest in higher degree, your chances are bright .. Canada needs educated people like Master and Phds !!!

yeah , i am going for MS , but my qs. was how to justify a 2nd Course based MS 45 credits after doing a thesis based ms from pakistan?

your education level is high you dont need to justify any thing!!! you can do MS is different fields ... after Masters mostly people do double masters because Phd level will take 5 more years so its better to go for double masters instead of Phd.

thanks KEM you are right, but my prob is i got admission in MS for same field as i did it here , infact there is no field the name of degree in pakistan was MS (Electrical Communication Engineering) and i got admit in MEng (Electrical and computer Engineering). do u think these two degrees are different???
as the courses are almost same but i can go for courses i ddint cover in my MS here.
