Urgent help regarding refund from lambton college.

Guys I paid the first semester fee for sep 2021 intake.(lambton college)
But I won't be able to arrange the remaining money on time due to the ongoing lockdowns. The course which I opt does not have a deferal option.
If I asked for a refund how much money the will be deducted from the money I paid.

did you talk to them about paying on due time .? I think they might extend your due time.

According to this they will administrate a deduction of 250cad if the visa got rejected.
But here it's not a visa rejection case.so it's confusing.

I think they deduct an administrative fee and refund rest. This is from the WhatsApp group they started for the students before they started orientation for students.
I suggest you to directly mail them. That’s the proper way and it will be a proof.
