Dear nice people,
Kindly please tell me what happens if I submit my passport after getting the call but my husband cannot submit the passport? Will that affect my PR? He is not interested to go to canada and we are going through rough phrase. But I am the principal applicant and he is the secondary?dependent. Now if he do not submit the passport, will it affect my PR?

I really need advice. kindly please suggest.

If he does not submit his passport, it will not affect your PR. Moreover, you can update the IRCC that your spouse is not accompanying you any more, if you want to, while you get your passport stamped.
