I got ADR to fill IMM5669 form for both PA and SA.
Doubt - What does it mean "do not leave any gap "
is this a gap ??
Company X- 2015-03 to TILL NOW
company A - 2005-06 to 2015-02
company B - 2005-01 to 2005-05
education -2002-08 to 2004-12
2) do we need to give travel history information also in "personal history section"
3) My address history starts from 2000 - 01 to till now . Does it mean that i need to show what i wass doing from
2000-01 to 2002-08 ??? in personal history.
4) Do we need to attach signed scanned copy of adr in myCIC or jus need to upload softcopy without signature.
PLease help me guys its quite urgent...
