Urgent help needed

Hello This is Kaif,

I'm Canadian PR holder and I want to sponsor my wife to Canada. Initially I did apply for her visitor visa but didn't work through because improper file submission.

What should i do, should I apply for Canadian work permit for her or spousal PR?

Your help will be appreciated. Please let me know if someone has better answer.

She doesn't qualify for an open work permit unless she is in Canada. So your options are to either apply for a TRV or spousal sponsorship.

Thanks for replying, yes I am talking about TRV for her. Would it be alright to with or should I apply only spousal PR?

It's your choice. You can certainly apply for the TRV.
