Urgent help needed!

Hello All,

I am writing this on behalf of a friend of mine!

His daughter, who is 19 years old, entered Canada in March with a visa after she was sponsored by her dad. She got COPR and then after few days she left Canada to Egypt to continue her study. Her dad received a letter saying her photos did not meet the requirements and she has to send new ones! She mailed new ones from Egypt and they got sent two months ago but they got no response yet regarding her plastic PR card. He called but no response and mailed but there was no response too!

The question now is:

She is done with her exams and she wants to return to Canada! How can she come back? Can she get a travel document from Egypt? Can she use her COPR to fly back?

No, she cannot use her COPR to return.
