I made a very stupid mistake! I might have checked the wrong answer. My spouse has been refused visitor visa but he got approved 3 years later and live in Canada right now. Because the questions are always asking if you have some disease, have you ever been in jail something like that, i choose "no" all the way down. I dont even remember where is this question asking for this information. :'( Can some body help me?? I have submitted the application and got AOR already. Many thanks!

The question you are referring to forms a part of statutory questions asked at the time of filling eAPR.
Now, you need to inform IRCC about the mistake. Upload your concern here : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

I've made a similar mistake, but regarding past PR applications refusal (or something like that).
I sent a CSE to explain and correct my mistake.
