hi folks

I am applying for IBM course at Mohawk College Jan2013. I am planning to apply under SPP. But I am worried because my Bachelor degree aggregate is 47%.
So can you please tell me which is safer option for me SSP or GENERIC

your percentage is quite low, but If you have good scores in 10th or 12th then ONLY u should try for SPP.
(coz I have read somewhere that if u have less 49% then u must expect the rejection)

Its too late ,did u get offer letter?

yes I have got admission already at Mohawk College

I am planning to show the funds in following manner
1) 10Lac loan(Education+living expenses)
2) 1 year fee receipt
3) Bank statement/ITR

I scored 61% in 12
and 56 % in 10
you think I can get Visa ?

well rest of your profile is good except academic percentile.
if u want to apply under SPP then u must submit ur file by Dec 1
and have gone through IELTS?
Are u from Punjab? talk to a gud consultant they may better suggest you which could be better SPP or general.

Its Good to apply under general category visa if you have low academic profile....The chances would of acceptance would be higher in General. One of my friends due to this was advised by college itself to apply under general. But you have to show more finance under general....
