Urgent Help needed please Spousal connected with my cec

Hi I have sponsored my wife with my pr application. I am currently having issues in my relationship and have decided to withdraw her file for now. I am wondering if somehow everything works out between us would I be able to sponsor my wife in future.

Please if some one can advise.
