u have to fill them either way is fine i had it hand written ..it doesnt matter as long as u attach those forms with ur application.

thanks...i have one more doubt....what should i give as 'second applicant' in VFS consent form? im applying myself without help of any agencies...and im not accompanied by anyone to canada.

Hey one more doubt...in family information form, there is one instruction that 'do not leave any gap' and 'write N/A if anything is not applicable to you'...so in all rows and columns in which i dont have anything to fill (for example section for children, brother and sister, i need to write N/A, or if i write N/A only in first raw and keep all other rows empty, will it be ok?
