Urgent Help Needed: Applying for an open work permit under a public policy

Hi everyone,

I'm currently applying to extend my work permit under the current public policy enabling PGWP holders whose work permits are expiring soon.

I need to fill up form IMM5710e but I am not sure what to answer below question:

Question 3
Check the appropriate box or boxes to indicate if you are applying for:

• A work permit with the same employer
• An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
• Restoration of your status as a worker
• An initial or an extension of a temporary resident permit

Not sure which one I should tick. Hope someone can help.
