Hi. I applied for provincial nomination program immigration in feb 2017. Then I had a baby some months ago who was a Canadian and declared my baby. Now CIC has sent me a letter stating that they need info on my common law partnership or spouse as it raises serious concerns. I don’t know what to do? Should I go and get married to him. He had study permit and now he has applied for PGWP. Thing is I don’t want to add him to my PR application. I don’t know what to do.
