I want to apply for my mothers super visa or visit visa from Canada while she is in India. We have tried to apply from India (as I was pregnant at the time and due in March) but twice they rejected her visa saying no proof of visit to Canada... I even sent my ultrasound pics and doctors note. Anyway I really need her here as we have no family or help with the baby. I have read many ppl have tried to apply in this manner where the parents are still in India and the application was done in Canada. Could someone tell me step by step how I can go about doing the same for either of the visas??? Please this is urgent and any help would be appreciated.

help please!!

Hi,

What were the reasons for the previous TRV refusals? If she demonstrates strong ties to India then she can get a TRV

Your application for your mom's TRV or Super Visa must be made to the visa office in India.

Only parents who are already visiting Canada can apply for an extension to their status, for up to two years, from within Canada (CPC Vegreville).... such applications are decided on a case-to-case basis

Provide stronger evidence that show her ties to her home country and provide evidence of additional funds available to fund her trip.
