You have to give them a good explanation and hope they accept it otherwise they may very well ban you for five years.

Am applied from different country i thought its not same system

Unfortunately that is not a good answer. The question is very clear about ANY denial EVER and if you do not have the language skills to understand it you should have gone through a professional.

Now you have no choice but to tell them this, but you can expect a denial for sure, and potentially a ban.

You can consider saying something like "My English language skills are not very good and unfortunately I misunderstood the question. It was my mistake and I take responsibility for it. I will submit any future applications with the help of a qualified and licensed professional. I ask that you kindly do not ban me for misrepresentation though of course I expect a denial on this application."

Thank you very much dear
Sounds like you didn't mention it because you thought that they wouldn't be able to see it.
Ok
