SUPPOSE I AM APPLYING FROM INDIA AND MY LAWYER IS IN USA, CAN HE SUBMIT THE APPLICATION ON BEHALF FOR ME TO CENTRALIZE INTAKE OFFICE, CANADA?

but why u r using any lawyer in the 1st place? it is so easy to apply---just go through cic.gc.ca & everything is there. unless u have some real complex issues, do not waste ur money on them, moreover New Delhi is fast.
