can any one help me I am currently in the USA on an F2 visa. I got accepted in a school for this fall to start my PhD. I want to go to Canada to get my visa changed to F1 and the only appointment available at the US embassy in Canada is on the 21st. I applied for a TRV on the 27th of June and there is no updates on my request yet. I got this appointment after I applied for the TRV so I tried to send them emails after that for urgent processing with no response. I want just to go for 3 days to get my visa. is there any way I can get the visa by this time?

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait and see. There's certainly a chance your visa may be ready in time. But I would have a back up plan in case it isn't. Good luck.
Where did you send the emails to? Google cic case specific inquiry and you can send them a request for urgent processing, you will need to fill out all the information tthat is requested
