I am currently a permanent resident and will be getting married in two weeks. My wife is on a work-permit in Canada (LMO approved) therefore employer dependent.
When I get married to her and register in court, etc. Can I sponsor her to be a resident? When I do that, will she get an open workpermit instead of the current where she is bound to that employer? Reason being, we both are in different cities now.
