*********URGENT HELP *******FSW- Human Resource Manager Category

Hi All

I need urgent help to understand if i am eligible to apply under FSW program 2014. I have approached 2 consultants and both have them tried their best to confuse me. One says i am eligible and the other says i am not.

Details are:
1. Age- 31, Bachelors of Mass Communication & PG in Business Communication
2. Total work ex- 9 years out of which 6 years only into recruitments
3. Current role- Senior Recruitment Consultant- Handling end to end recruitments for a US Captive in India
4. IELTS Band- 7( previous one, need to reappear this year)
5. Invitation Letter from Sister in Canada

Can anyone help me to understand if i am eligible or not?

I think you should be good to go... I have a friend of mine who has got rich experience in recruitment and 1 year experience as generalist HR...He applied thru a lawyer in Canada...jus match ur job duties with NOC responsibilities and if itis 70% match, I think u can go ahead...

I see the roles and responsibilities given there are generic ones. As a recruitment manager no one will be involved in employee engagement or policy administration.

They do not match more than 40%
