Dear all,

I am very stressful about my situation now.

Let me give more detail about my current situation:
I came in Canada as an international student. I studied one year program and I got PGWP got 15 months which issued ( June - October). However, I wasnt able to find a job until December 2012. I have been working for almost 7 months but my PGWP will be expired in Oct and my employer doesnt wanna do LMO for me. But by the time my PGWP expired I will have 10 months skill work experience which sort of 2 months. I saw others post mention that I will just apply to extend work permit any way, thats way I will have little extra time to work ( as implied status) until Dec 2013- I will hit to 12 months. By this time I will able to apply for PR under CEC. AM I RIGHT?

Senior please help.
Any comment will highly appreciate.

Hi, I think nobody in this form has sure solution for your question...so please consult any professional as its a serious situation.

i suppose if you submit pay slips for 12 months accurately (cover the required hours ) and get the employment letter for 12 months of skilled work, T4 , NOA it proves you worked in canada for 12 months irrespective of implied status , and have your english assessment and criminal check
submit your application and exit canada immediately , but this is again assumptions , its best you check with lawyer ,
