[urgent help] Declaration of Funds at port of entry Query

Dear Friends
I am landing soon and I am carrying 2000CAD and 1000 in forex.
I also transferred 11,000 to canadian bank as start right program for new immigrant.
So my query, Should I consider 3000 only or Should I consider total amount i.e 11,000 + 3000 which is 14,000>10,000 and declare.
Please help I am confused a little

No, you don't need to declare anything. Don't worry about the money wired into your bank account - they don't need to know that. You're at $3k, so the $10k threshold doesn't apply.

When I transferred from US to Canada I didn't declare anything in My Indian and US accounts. I didn't carry any cash with me

No Harm in declaring but ideally you declare CASH you have with you not online accounts because online transactions can be tracked.
