Hello, I have been accepted into a university and have started this fall term. I have also applied for my study permit but I am at the stage of completing the required immigration medical examination. However, I am contemplating to switch to a college that i applied for in the January term and drop the university courses that I have started due to personal reasons. What should I do? How do I inform the IRCC?
