Urgent help !!!!! Changing dependents to accompanying post ITA ?

Hello Experts,
I missed adding my family as accompanying before obtaining my ITA (OINP). Family information section under OINP application form looks frozen and I cannot update them to accompanying.
Please help suggest next course of action items, can I request IRCC via email to provide an opportunity to add my spouse and kid to the application ?

What was the CRS cutoff for your OINP draw taking away the PNP points. Will it be lower once she is added. Or it may not be an issue for OINP if you have the ITA. You will not know until you change your profile.
