Urgent Help--Admission to any university in Toronto

Hi,
can anyone please guide me towards how can i get admission to any Canadian university without paying the initial application processing fee?
I have got my FSW immigration visa and will land in Toronto somewhere in may. I am looking for an university that might give me an admission at this stage without paying any processing fee and where i can pay the processing and admission fee after i land in Canada in May 2014?

Are you talking about the $95 application processing fee for applying to Canadian universities? If so, there is no getting around this fee. If you want to apply - you have to pay it.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I was just wondering if there's any college or university that might be able to process my application without this fee. In fact I want to decide about selecting that particular university or any other after coming to Canada. but i need to get study leave from my work and for that i need a conditional letter of acceptance.

It's an application processing fee - as Scylla said, no getting around it
I also wouldn't advise selecting a course solely on that criteria!
