URGENT HELP - 2 applications

Hi guys,

Here's a short explanation of my case:

Last year I applied for CEC, on Jan 21,2019 my PR application was denied, they thought I was in Canada when I wasn't. I wrote to the Express Entry Program Manager on Feb 19th, 2019 requesting a reconsideration. After waiting for 4 months and no reply, I contacted an IRCC and I was advised to open a new application.

I opened and was invited to apply again and sent my new application on Jun 22, 2019.

On August 2, 2019 I got a new message on my old application saying they had enough evidence to reopen. Now they are asking me for a new medical report on the old application and the new application my medicals passed and they are asking for my biometrics.

I already raised a CSE but nothing so far. I have no idea how to proceed. Anyone faced a similar situation?

Please I need some help.

you can withdraw the old application since new application is already submitted.
OR
You can apply again and see what happens.
