According to Canadian government , a candidate should have worked 30hours/week for minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years...
For 1 year total number of hours becomes 1508 hours
Now my question is
I have been working 48 hours a week and for 1 year it becomes 2300 hours
So that means that my extra working hours will be considered as second year....??
For example For 3 years a candidate has to complete 4500 hours of job..
If I complete those hours in 2 years then will it be valid???

No.
Even if you do 2 full time jobs in one year, total experience will be counted as one year full time.
1560 hours are minimum requirement for a job to be considered full time. Anything over that within a year will not give extra credit.
