URGENT - Got ITA for CEC, same score for e-APR but now CEC not met

Hello experts!

Please help me regarding this:

Express entry score 449 (met FSW and CEC), got ITA for CEC. I'm now filling the e-APR and checked the "Preview my score" option. Score remains same 449 including all the sub breakdown points, but system now says CEC not met. Please advise, is this a technical issue or fault by CIC system? Have I done anything wrong in the application (everything exported correctly)?

Hello experts... Please help, don't know if I should proceed to submit the e-APR or not. The score breakdown is exactly the same as when I got ITA (including 35 points for canadian work experience 1+ year). But Preview my Score system says CEC not met. Please advise
