Hi,

Regarding below comments in terms of education credentials review on my GCMS notes, Please help:

***Agent Review**** Education documents Canadian educational credential on file; credential reviewed; Canadian institution recognized; Credential is NOT consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility. Credential appears to be one year post-secondary while PA has indicated post-sec 2 + incl 3 year post secondary. ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential not submitted. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as Bachelor's degree (four years). Discrepancy in points awarded to client under EE Eligibility/Assessment.

1) AOR 1/1/2016;
2) both ECA report from WES and Canadian credential were submitted for education; original copy of foreign credential not submitted
3) NO rejection as of yet
4) above comment was made on 1/19/2016 by C9995
5) Final comment was made on 1/24 regarding criminal decision passed.

Should I create a CSE to send the original copy? which option/category should I choose as my case has already passed the express entry phase?
Will my application be rejected?

Thanks
Angela

Yes, file a CSE with original scan of your foreign diploma as soon as possible.

Will my application be rejected?

Quite possible. It's a popular reason for rejection.

Agreed. Submitting foreign credentials is mandatory.

All you can do at this point is submit what's missing and hope the visa officer gives you a break.

Well as long as it is submitted... hopefully... it will be ok.
