Does the canadian university(i.e. CONCORDIA UNIV) gives extension for joining dates? "I'm a victim of Chennai Floods"(Disaster Zone). My intended programme is commencing on January 6 but I'm sure I can't make it. I need Minimum of ten days. It's a winter term and and I'll be doing minimal courses. Who should I mail? I dont wanna defer the offer and waste couple of months.
