Urgent.Employment history details in BOWP application form

HI folks,
I am in the process of filling up the details in bridging open work permit application form and got stuck in Employment history details for 10 years. In last 10 years of my employment history I have some unemployed periods , do i need to mention in that form ( form immm5710e).But there is no instruction not to leave any gaps.
please explain.

You have to print out the appropriate section and fill in the 10 years work record, then upload it in the client information. This is what I did. It is mentioned in the form
