Urgent - Employer documents for PR - Please advice

I got ITA in the last draw and started preparing documents:

However, I'm working in IT from 2011 to till date.

Three different employers:
May-2011 to Sep-2014 - India

Same current employer:
Oct-2014 to Sep-2018 - India
Nov-2018 to till date - Canada

Question: Do I need to submit all company documents in the past 10 years, or just current employer(2014 to till date) is fine? moreover, while creating the profile I mentioned all the companies. Experts, please advise the best in my case.

How many years experience are you claiming?
You can claim Foreign work exp for a max up to 3 yrs. Reference letter and other associated documents relevant for work experience can be included.

Anything above and beyond these 3 yrs can be mentioned in the personal activities/history and does not require any reference letter and other details.
