Urgent: Does work permit have NOC code or not ?

My work permit have no NOC code mentioned

Does it mean I can choose any NOC code which match my current job duties. or else ?

What's your work permit's doc ? doesn't mention NOC code or not ?

I have no LMO too.

I don't think WP's have NOC (Mine don't). Your occupation is mentioned, unless you have an open WP.

Work Permit never mentions the NOC code. It is up to us to gauge the proper NOC with guidance from HSRDC. Only on closed work permits, the job title is provided.

So I have a job title, software engineer . which is 2173, but my duties is 2283 , I applied as 2283

becasue after I queried the HSRDC help contact, they tell me, mine is 2283 . not 2173 even my work permit is software engineer

and I do found some cases is reject because they change A to B . not change A1 to A2 .

any guy heard similar case recenlty, I can find case reject in Feb 2013.
