Hi, everyone. I submitted my SDS study permit application in September and recently I discovered in the VO's GCMS notes, they are turning my SDS application into an ordinary visa type because they think I did not submit my "POLICE CERTIFICATE".

But I am 100% sure I have submitted it according to IRCC standards. The application has been transferred to the Ottawa office now as the primary office(Edmonton as secondary). Is it possible to inform the Edmonton office and let them still view my application as an SDS one? I have submitted several letters and asked the agent to send a message to the Edmonton office. This is very urgent and my school will start soon!

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::mad::mad::mad:

Does anybody know these visa officer are normally speaking, willing to correct their mistakes or not? Do they just get annoyed and ignore applicants' requests?

Hello, you mind sharing from which country you applied, because PCC is not needed from my country India

Hi, I am applying from China. It is recommended to submit a PCC but it is not mandatory. No matter what, what matters is that I have submitted one PCC and the officer just overlooked that.

I hope it will help but I have received no response from them through webforms. The only progress right now is that I heard customer service has sent IRCC Edmonton a message. But really nothing has happened ever since. They did not say the officer has replied to the message or anything else.
