URGENT!Do I need a transit Visa in London while travelling to Canada?

Hello people,

I am flying tomorrow to Montreal. I have not booked a flight yet. But the only flight that could get me on time there ( deadline for inscription is 20 Jan.)
I am not from the EU but I am studying in Germany for 4 years now.
I will be flying with German wings and then AIr Canada . Will I need a transit Visa?
