Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all, one of the other Forum members raised this point and having re-read through my application I think I may have made the error in my EE application. For the question:

Date JoacRy first became qualified to practice in this occupation
If the "primary occupation" is:

any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)

My NOC: 1111
Employment requirements

Chartered accountants require a university degree
and
Completion of a professional training program approved by a provincial institute of chartered accountants and, depending on the province, either two years or 30 months of on-the-job training
and
Membership in a provincial Institute of Chartered Accountants upon successful completion of the Uniform Evaluation (UFE).

I mistakenly entered the date I got my 'CA' designation, not the date I got my University degree. The thing is in my country you only need to be working under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant, so the Bachelors Degree is the minimum you need to be working in the profession as its only the accounting partner signing off on client documents. The 'grey' area for me is the 'and' part.

Should I 'Decline' the ITA or will an LOE do?

Thank you for your replies.

Not a good reason to decline the ITA. An LOE would do, not essential though - minor detail.

Hi Asivad, I have a question..

Primary occupation (4 digit NOC Code)

This means the job XXXXXXXXXX has experience in and wants to base the immigration application on. This is how CIC will determine your eligibility for federal programs. You will need to know the job title and the NOC for the primary occupation and for any other jobs you add, as well as for any job offer.
Go to the Find your NOC page to learn more.

My primary job (NOC 2172 )is different from my present canadian job (NOC 6211); which one should I pick as my primary application?

Primary NOC matters only towards FSW eligibility points. Choose as Primary the NOC in which you have the most experience.

Thank you for your reply, I have one more question.

I have one year experience (canadian) in total from three jobs, I put on my NOC code initially as NOC 6211 and got my ITA, however, Now i am confused is it to be NOC 0621.. my jobs duties are related to both the NOC's.

NOC 6211 is retail sales supervisor and NOC 0621 is retail sales manager. But considering the wage, I believe NOC 6211 will be a better option

Completely depends on your reference letter and the list of job responsibilities. Choose the NOC depending on that.

Hello Crazydesifool,
I also have the same confusion about NOC. I can use either one but not sure which one would be better. Also, if you could please help me finding out what all documents to be needed from employers. TIA

Great sir, it's more inclined toward NOC 6211. And, if I am not getting onto your nerve, one last question.. in my present job offer letter, it is mentioned as 'contract of 24 months... and so on. Will it be a problem? in my reference letter from the same company, they mentioned it as a permanent full time position... so I am confused....

Like how Asivad said, chose the one which is more related to in your reference letter. The document I got are:
Offer letter
Reference letter
pay stubs (I will include 3)
T4 if you have.

I just have recent 3 months pay stubs, 2014 T4, NOA, and tax return, plus a letter of reference from my employer. I think I can get a job offer from my manager. He didnt provide me any at the time of hiring last year. I started as Part time cashier and then was promoted to supervisor after 4 months.

yes, that sums it up :D
