URGENT Bank statement help

So since 20th april till today my father's account was holding about $62500 CAD but due to some emergency we will have to withdraw the cash for a a week.
My question is
What will the withdrawal cause?
Will the statement from 20th April to today will be counted?
I would be applying on 1st july with 2 and a half month bank statement will this withdrawal makes my case weaker?

I disagree. Withdrawal of such big amount may raise suspicion. but, if you don't have a choice, go ahead with that.

You should provide 4 month's statement., even with zero balance.

Suspicion of what type?
And maybe some of the amount from withdrawal may be used for payment of university fee
