Hello friends,

Has anyone receive this kind of mail before? I applied for study permit via vfs london
but I did not receive any request to send passport. Here is the mail I got

Dear Applicant,

Good afternoon.

This is to inform you that we have a sealed envelope received from High Commission which is ready for collection at our centre.

You can come in to collect Monday- Friday 4-5 pm with your receipt and photo ID copy.

Alternatively we can courier it to you through DX courier for a charge of £8.69.

Please revert at your earliest.

its rejection i think....... i m amazed, i thought london takes 8 weeks of time
 
Yea! I applied on 3rd July. But I don't know if anybody has ever receive
a request to send passport via paper documents.

Has anyone been in this kind of situation before?

cant tell u abt london...bcz in india, pp is submitted along with application in paper mode.... al i knw is that they take 8 weeks of time n in india its 4 weeks of time for general ... in online pp is requested n that alone confirms that u gt visa
 
It's not a rejection nor is acceptance.

They want some documents from you, moreover this letter comes because of some document missing issue or medical issue or . One of my friend got this same letter 'cos embassy thought his IELTS isn't genuine and other one his medical issue.

So good luck.
 
Thank you very much for the information. Well I am yet to receive the document, to my surprised when I track my application still saying is on processing. Pls what latter happen to that your friend?
 
Well, the one who provided the IELTS document got rejected because he selected undergraduate course and he was graduate itself (course mismatch)

And the medical issue guy, he went through some additional medical tests, cleared them, got visa and he's going to Canada soon.

Your vfs will show "under processing" until you clear the issue on the letter.
