urgent assistance

need urgent assistance.i have been accepted to do post graduate in conestoga college for september 2011.i have gotten some documents but still need some questions to be answered.i dont want to patronise agents cos i feel they are just there to collect peoples money with out doing anything.i have put together the following documents:
1-my work papers(to include my apopointment letter,payslip)
2-bank statement(sponsors satement of 5million naira)my blood brother's and back up letter.
3-my fixed deposit certificate(1million naira in my name)
4-tuition fees payment proove(total fees-$10,500.paid half $6,100)
5-my wife's appointment letter and marriage certificate
6-my two kids birth certificate
7-police clearance certificate
8-my fathers landed property documents(inheritance)

what i want to ask is what are the other documents i should put add to what i have stipulated and do i have to tell my sponsor put the money in my account?pls i need urgent assistance cos i want to submit my application soonest

student declaration and affidavit of support

thanks for the reply.i still want you to clearify the issue of funds.do i have to transfer the funds for my study from my sponsors account to mine because i already have about $5,000 in my fixed account and about $30,000 in my sponsors account.
lastly,when will be the appropriate time to apply for september fall admission.thanks
