I don't understand what you are saying? For e.g. My Indian PCC doesn't have a single address. It just says - no criminal record found etc. What is the electricity bill u r referring to?

Maybe. But where on CIC's website do they state that they require PCC's to list your address history?
I also have requested a PCC from USA and it doesn't list addresses either.

Don't know 'bout you but OP's app got cancelled because of it. So he has to proof it to them.

My PCC was incomplete, it was not showing my complete address history.

You mean, your PCC had few addresses but not all of them? Or it had none of the addresses?

They declared my application incomplete over a PCC issue as well. You have to create a new profile and wait for a new application. It'll take about 6 days to get the refund of any fees you paid.

One request, If anyone needs help, please describe your problem clearly so that it doesn't consume too much time to probe.

if your application is cancelled, explain the reason clearly enough. Eg., you can copy the message that is received from CIC. Of course, hiding application number etc....

The channeler I used requested a background check from the United States Department of Homeland Security/TSA rather than the FBI.

Can anyone please tell me that in case of my application get cancelled, do I have to wait for another ITA or should I be okay with my previous one?

Can you please tell that when did you submit your app (AOR DATE) and when did you get message from CIC that your app is rejected for being incomplete ?
