URGENT AND IMPORTANT PLEASE HELP

Guys, I need your expert advice
I live in Ontario
1. On my license I have an address from 'A' city from last two years but
I have not shown my license in any of my documents when I applied in Express Entry

2. On my all the other documents, every single document- bank statements work permit transcripts health card pay stubs job letter etc I have an address from 'B' city

Which one should I disclose?
If I put City 'B' in Express Entry,
Is there any chance CIC can enquire regarding my license?
I am really concerned about this

i think put address B that u have been using at most places , i dont think CIC would inquire abt ur driver license. r u applyingu nder cec or pnp r fsw?

Why haven't you simply updated the address on your licence to your current address? You are actually required by law to update it.
