Hi,
Writing this post on behalf of my friend. Below is his profile.
My friend has completed his 2 yeas post secondary course from St.clair college(Windsor) And has a GPA of 3.15. Didn’t have any semester drops, worked only 20 hours in a week( app 18 hours). Had a 4 months semester break (got a mail confirmation from college about the break) that time worked Avg 50 Hours a week (1 full time job + 1 part time job). Again after the break started working 20 hours in a week. What are the Changes of getting PGWP??
His only worry is as he worked more in schedule break. Which is app 50 Hours a week(1 full time + 1 part time)
Kindly need an advice.

Thanks

He was allowed to work as much as he wanted during scheduled breaks.

One point to note. The day he got confirmation of his studies confirmation he is not allowed to work till he applies for PGWP. Prior to confirmation of completion he could work part time.
Apart from this issue he should get 3 yrs pgwp based on facts of his case.

No he is not working now. He will start working after applying for PGWP. So the hours during scheduled break is not an issue??

On the facts , your friend is prima facie eligible for PGWP, subject to applying when in status etc . Hours put in scheduled break should not be an issue.

Thank you so much for the advice. I hope this will clear his doubts. As he was only afraid about the hours he worked during his schedule breaks.
