Urgent Advice regarding Passport Stamping

Hi All,

I have a query for you..My AOR is 16th Dec 2018 and the last update I received was 29th Jan (Medical clearance). My VO is New Delhi. Its been more than 7 months for me now. Not sure how much more time will it take.
I have to travel to US for personal reasons in September (for 3 months).
If my PR doesn't come till then and I get my PR when I am in US.. Can I get my passport stamped in US instead of India i.e. Can my stamping office be changed on request.and then can I land in Canada directly from US.

Please update IRCC using CSE about your situation.(Possibly attaching your itinerary) They will be accommodating for such situations.
