Hi i am about to put my case for student visa, so please asses my case

Matric = 75%
Inter = 68%
BS(Electronics) = 71%
Got admission in Concordia university in Meng (Electrical Engineering) for Summer 2014
Have a job letter from a company offering me a job after coming back to Pakistan
I got a property worth of around 5.5 million ( My siblings only include a married sister)

Already given the first year tuition fee
Bank statement = Running Finance from a bank worth of 3.5 million
Father pay slips attached (about 1.1 million per year)

Please tell me my chances and correct me if there is a issue in my case....

dnt apply on basis of RF......its not advisable because canadian embassy do not accept RF from pakistani student

Why people are advising not to take RF? Whats the harm in it? Who told them that?

Bro there is no harm in RF,, but 4 month maintained bank statement is much better,, it will be easy for CHC to confirm bank statement than RF,, that's why many students usually avoid it,, for UK its fine but for Canada its not advisable,, but there is no harm if u want to try,, and remember no one can guarantee visa no matter what,, there is always luck factor,,

Because universities usually don't give admission at this IELTS score ,, even if they do its conditional,,
