I received the PR invitation from CIC Canada last week. The checklist for uploading the document asks to upload a photo of not less than 35 x 45mm size and nothing more.
However I came across another PDF which elaborates on how the photo should be. It says we need to add our name, DOB and details of photographer on the backside . Is that mandatory to add like this ??
If so how can I upload it as a JPEG file..??
